The text of this Easter anthem, taken from “A Monastic Breviary”, 1976 and “The Hymnal, 1982”, unites the mystery of creation with the mystery of Christ’s resurrection.

Written in a chant-like style, and strophic in form, Lind’s clarity of line with a supportive organ accompaniment produce a simple yet moving composition particularly suited to a service of Easter Vigil.
