Here is a major recital piece based on a well known hymn tune. This work will keep one on the bench practicing, but it will certainly demonstrate a commanding technique. Conceived in the form of a fantasia, the work progresses through a number of sections before finally arriving at the closing section where the familiar hymn tune appears in the pedal.
