Three Motets

Description

This rich corpus of texts from Donne, Blake (from Milton), and Vaughan, provides Hoddinott with a colorful treasury from which he masterfully sets these three accompanied motets. The organ accompaniments take on an equal partnership with the choral parts in developing the dramatic musical visions. The motets may be performed separately or as a set.
